All positions with a co-, backup, seasonal, alternate, etc. have the distinction of being a ‘shared’ position and you will see a ‘Yes’ in the column. I suggest if there is a main person in that position do not mark as shared. Mark only those who are a secondary helper, if needed.
All positions with a chairperson, coordinator, or manager will have the distinction of being a ‘chair’ and you will see a ‘Yes’ in the column.
