First, I want to thank you for volunteering to represent your chapter at monthly Program Committee meetings. We are an organization of over 1,200 members, and communication is a challenge. When you attend Program Committee meetings and report back to your chapter, you are helping to solve our communication challenges. It is very important that someone from your chapter attend each Program Committee meeting. If you cannot attend, please notify me.
