Click the Sign in button in the top right area of your screen
Click Forgot password (Click to reset password)
Enter your username and email then click Reset Password.
A confirmation will appear on the screen and an email will be sent to you with a new password.
Copy and paste the entire password from that email as it is difficult to distinguish between some letter such as the capital i and a lowercase L depending on the font used.
Login and change that password to something more of your choosing.
