Membership – Cancellations

Membership Cancellations are needed  prior to the end of the current membership year, if the member leaves the Guild, passes away, or no longer has a permanent or temporary residence in The Villages.  Both Guild and Chapter memberships are cancelled.     The member’s User account is deactivated and may be reinstated if the member moves back to The Villages or wants to rejoin at a later time.

  • Cancellations should be generated by the Membership Manager of the member’s Current Chapter, who will fill out this form and click submit.
  • You must enter a valid User ID for the member whose membership is being cancelled.   If the member does not know his/her User ID, they should first attempt to find it on the members listing of their current chapter.  Guild and Chapter Officers and the Membership Chair have access to to the complete membership database and should be able to assist in locating the User ID.  Membership Managers may also research User IDs by looking Woo Commerce orders and filtering for the member’s name.

Clicking on SUBMIT will send this Cancellation Form to the Web Team for completion of the next internal steps.
