Membership – Transfers

If a member wishes to transfer from one chapter to another, this form will end the old membership so the member will not be assigned two chapters at one time.

  • Transfers should be generated by the Membership Manager of the New Chapter, who will fill out this form and click submit.  A courtesy email should then be sent to the old chapter telling what you have done so they won’t duplicate your efforts.
  • You must enter a valid User ID for the member wishing to transfer.   If the member does not know his/her User ID, they should first attempt to find it on the members listing of their current chapter.  Guild and Chapter Officers and the membership Chair have access to to the complete membership database and should be able to assist in locating the User ID.

 

Clicking on SUBMIT will send this Transfer Form to the Web Team for completion of the next internal steps.
