Ad Application

Please note that there are TWO steps to this process. This is STEP 1 – fill out and submit the ad application at the bottom of this page.  STEP 2 – Once submitted, go back to the Place an Ad page and pay for your ad.

Precautions to Practice – when creating your PDF to be posted on our public Classified Ads page, minimize the personal info you share with the public. We recommend first names only and an email address or a phone number. We never recommend publishing your address. There is always time to share that info once you know you have a credible buyer. Meeting at a public place is also recommended if possible.

PERSONAL CLASSIFIEDS should have one (1) PDF file uploaded which would include any images and contact information you want to display. BUSINESS ADS should typically have two (2) files uploaded - one being a business card or size thereof and the other file for a PDF to link your main picture. If you don't want to link to a PDF, we can link to your website.

1. Applicant will submit digital business card or photo (jpeg, jpg, png or pdf formats only) as visual support for ad.
2. Ad revisions or cancellations must be submitted in writing (email accepted).
3. One ad revision per agreement period will be accepted without incurring additional charges.
4. No refunds will be issued on year-long ads after 14 days from the publish date.
5. QGOTV Web Administrators reserve the right to reject advertising that does not conform to QGOTV's purpose.
6. Acceptance of advertising does not indicate nor imply endorsement by QGOTV.
7. Businesses are encouraged to offer QGOTV Members a discount when a valid Membership Card is presented.
