QGOTV Membership year runs from January 1st through December 31st each calendar year.
QGOTV Guild and chapter membership renewals begin on December 1st and run through December 24th. The system is then closed for the next year’s renewals, as well, as new registrations, to allow time for close out of the membership and financial reports for Quarter IV and the End of Year. Membership order errors during the renewal process that require refunds, will be reviewed and processed in January.
We will open the renewal window again January 1st – January 5th. After that second renewal window, the renewal process will be closed until the next renewal period in December. Memberships for members who have not renewed during the two renewal windows will be deactivated on January 6th. Members who wish to renew on or after January 6th will require their chapter’s membership manager to complete the online Membership – Reinstatement form. The reinstatements process could take as long as three weeks but will be completed before the end January.

Membership Cards cannot be printed until January 1 or later.

and is NOT renewing, be sure to add her email address to the Update Table for Non-Renewing Emails
