Membership managers have the responsibility to ensure the membership data for their chapter is correct. The complete chapter membership report should be downloaded, printed and reviewed each quarter (at a minimum). Membership Managers should coordinate with individual members to make corrections in user profiles based on any discrepancies noted each time the chapter membership report is reviewed.

- Coordinate with Chapter Treasurer to prepare Revenue Report for Guild Meetings at the end of each Quarters (March 30; June 30; September 30; December 31)
- Review address formats; phone formats and missing emergency contacts for members in your chapter
