Most entries in the Charity Tracker will be based on the Standardized Valuations (see downloadable chart above).    For “quilted” items not shown on the Standardized Valuation Chart, use the following formula:

Length x width x .05 = value (LxWx.05)  = always round to the nearest dollar

Charity Tracker entries should be made Weekly or at a minimum Monthly. 

The last week of each Quarter is reserved for review and editing entries if needed.

Quarters are:

January 1 – March 31

April 1 – June 30

July 1 – September 30

October 1 – December 31
